All Charges Dismissed – Sanzone Invited as Guest Speaker and Legal Commentator on FOX

Criminal defense attorney Vincent J. Sanzone, Jr., Esq. was a guest speaker and legal commentator on the T.V. show, "Justice with Jeanine", on FOX television network. The show in debate format was whether New Jersey should pass a law allowing police officers on the scene of an automobile accident to confiscate the cell phone of the driver involved in the accident, without a search warrant, for purposes of reviewing the data history and usage, to determine whether the motorist was using a non-hands-free mobile device to text message which caused the motor vehicle accident.
